Clarence Bruinsma

Managing Director

Clarence Bruinsma is a proud Yaegl man from Maclean, NSW, driven by a deep commitment to strengthening community, culture, and connection to Country. His work is grounded in the belief that strong culture creates strong people, and that Aboriginal-led solutions are key to achieving lasting outcomes for communities.

As a consultant with over 10 years of experience, Clarence has worked across policy, strategy, and staff development, supporting organisations to build meaningful cultural awareness and competency. His approach is practical, respectful, and outcomes-focused—helping teams embed culturally informed practices that create real impact.

More recently, Clarence has expanded his expertise into product development and procurement, with a focus on creating opportunities for Aboriginal businesses and ensuring supply chains reflect cultural integrity and community benefit. Through ISupply, he is committed to supporting organisations to engage with a 100% Aboriginal-owned and operated business that prioritises authenticity, quality, and positive social outcomes.

Clarence is also the Founder and Co-owner of Bush to Bowl, a social enterprise connecting people to native foods, culture, and Country through education, workshops, and products. Bush to Bowl champions Aboriginal knowledge systems and promotes sustainable, culturally grounded practices that benefit both people and the environment.

Through all his work, Clarence remains focused on empowering community, strengthening culture, and creating pathways for future generations to thrive.
