Johani is a proud Karajarri, Nyul Nyul, Bardi and Yawuru man. Wearing multiple hats, Johani is the managing director of iSupply AU, a Supply Nation registered business that will help to bring products and services to corporate Australia. Johani believes in building a better understanding between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people and the importance in contributing to the greater good of reconciliation amongst all people.

Johani is also the Founder of the Mabu Buru Foundation, which was created for the purpose of addressing the issues that he has witnessed to be threats to the Aboriginal lore and culture and its practices in the West Kimberley Region. The Mabu Buru Foundation also has a focus on maintaining, protecting and strengthening the lore and culture within the West Kimberley region. In addition to his part-time employment as a Crocodile Wrangler at the Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park, Johani is also a Director of the Western Australia Indigenous Tourism Operator Council (WAITOC) and serves as a Cultural Research Practitioner with the Kimberley Aboriginal Lore and Culture Centre (KALACC). Johani has also recently been elected as a councilor for the Broome City Council.

Johani encourages all people to experience the spiritual and physical connection to country and spread the understanding of Aboriginal culture. He hopes that iSupply AU will act as a vessel for a broader sharing of these experiences for our clients and supply partners.

Geoff Rowan

Geoff Rowan is a dynamic individual with multiple facets to his personality and professional life. He a nomad, and an environmentally focused entrepreneur. Having travelled, lived, and worked both across Australia and around the globe Geoff has a keen understanding of both the local and global ecosystems, emphasised by his philosophy, “Think Global, Act Local”.

He is the founder of Worms Bees Trees (WBT), an organisation committed to creating a positive impact on the planet and its inhabitants. Established in 2020, WBT aims to build a network of like-minded individuals and invest 100% of its profits into local community environmental projects. Its long-term vision involves supporting community sporting and recreational clubs that, in turn, promote grassroots environmental initiatives. 

In 2022, Geoff, alongside his family, embarked on a transformative 14-month journey across Australia. This adventure brought them into close contact with numerous Indigenous communities and ranger groups, deepening Geoff’s understanding of the Indigenous people’s intrinsic bond with the land and their custodian philosophy. This experience has further fuelled his mission towards reconciliation and environmental stewardship.

Kainoa Lincoln

Kainoa (Kai) Lincoln originates from Hawaii, where he attended the Kamehameha Schools, an institution founded for the education of native Hawaiian children.   While at Kamehameha, Kai developed a deep appreciation around the importance of learning about your own native heritage and history, while also honing the skills necessary to thrive in the modern world.

Following university in Colorado, USA, where he majored in English and Secondary Education, Kai settled in Australia, working for several large corporations before moving into a path of entrepreneurship.  This avenue has seen him build several companies across multiple industries, including logistics, technology, marketing and agriculture, most recently selling one to multi-national freight company, SEKO Logistics.  He sits on the board or executive team of several other entities, both for and not-for profit.  Based in Sydney, Kai will assist with iSupply AU early growth stages and expansion on Australia’s East Coast.

Kai is passionate about education and investing time in training people of all ages to acquire new knowledge and skills.
