About the Role
The Kindness Capture Lead is responsible for engaging corporate Australia to ensure unspent Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) commitments are converted into Kindness Credits and directed towards impactful Indigenous community projects. This role focuses on relationship-building, stakeholder engagement to ensure maximum participation in the Bridging the RAP Gap initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Engagement & Partnerships
- Identify and connect with corporate organisations to quantify their RAP Gap (unspent commitments).
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate affairs, procurement, and CSR teams to secure participation.
- Educate stakeholders on Kindness Credits and their value in fulfilling RAP commitments.
Kindness Credit Conversion & Allocation
- Develop strategies to convert unspent RAP commitments into Kindness Credits.
- Work closely with finance, procurement, and reconciliation teams to ensure seamless fund redirection.
- Identify opportunities for product/service donations, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions.
Reporting & Impact Measurement
- Track corporate participation and monitor the flow of Kindness Credits.
- Work with the ImpactBridge platform to ensure accurate reporting and verification of contributions.
Provide insights and impact reports to corporate partners, showcasing measurable reconciliation
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong corporate engagement experience (CSR, sustainability, reconciliation, procurement, or sales).
- Knowledge of Indigenous affairs and RAP frameworks.
- Proven ability to secure partnerships and convert funding into impact.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in impact reporting and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role
The Dream Bigger Project Manager will oversee the implementation of Kindness Credits towards projects and the executive of the projects. This role involves coordinating corporate commitments, managing Indigenous community projects, and ensuring impact delivery through the Impact Bridge platform.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
- Oversee the allocation of Kindness Credits to Indigenous-led projects.
- Ensure timely and efficient matching of corporate commitments with projects.
- Liaise with Indigenous organisations to assess project needs, milestones, and outcomes.
Stakeholder & Corporate Liaison
- Act as a key point of contact for Indigenous project partners and corporate sponsors.
- Work closely with corporate affairs teams to align impact expectations and reporting.
- Facilitate transparent communication between stakeholders.
Impact Bridge Platform Management
- Ensure all RAP commitments and project data are accurately logged and tracked.
- Manage project progress through the platform and ensure reporting integrity.
- Identify system improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Reporting & Impact Measurement
- Develop and track project impact metrics to measure success.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports for corporate partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure project funding is properly allocated, monitored, and executed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven project management experience, preferably in social impact, reconciliation, or Indigenous affairs.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate corporate and community expectations with sensitivity and impact focus.
- Experience in digital platforms for project tracking and reporting.
